Effective date: October 19, 2026
These terms cover the whole Rhino Bots website (https://bots.rhinodyne.com) and RhinoDyne Publisher (the "API Client"), both operated by RhinoDyne LLC ("RhinoDyne", "we"). By using this website or the API Client, you agree to these terms.
RhinoDyne Publisher is our in-house tool for managing our own YouTube channel, Rhino Bots (@RhinoBots). It uploads our own videos, adds caption tracks and localized titles and descriptions, and moderates and replies to comments on our own videos. It uses YouTube API Services. By using the API Client, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Only RhinoDyne and agents acting solely on our behalf may use the API Client, and only for our own channel. It is not offered, sold or distributed to anyone and has no third-party users. We do not sell, resell or rent YouTube API data or access to YouTube API Services, and share it only with service providers acting on our instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Upload notice shown by the tool before every upload: "By clicking 'upload,' you certify that the content you are uploading complies with the YouTube Terms of Service (including the YouTube Community Guidelines) at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Please be sure not to violate others' copyright or privacy rights."
This website gives information about the Rhino Bots channel. Our videos are hosted on YouTube and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service when you watch them there. Our content is for general information and education. Some pages or video descriptions may link to third-party sites, stores or tools, including affiliate links, which are disclosed where they appear. We don't control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Our use of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which also links to the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy). Our channel owner can revoke the API Client's access at any time through Google security settings.
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the effective date above.
