This policy covers the Rhino Bots website (https://bots.rhinodyne.com) and RhinoDyne Publisher (the "API Client"), both operated by RhinoDyne LLC ("RhinoDyne", "we"). RhinoDyne Publisher is our in-house upload and captions pipeline for our own YouTube channel, Rhino Bots (@RhinoBots). It is not offered, sold or distributed to anyone, it has no third-party users, and it acts only on our own channel.
RhinoDyne Publisher uses YouTube API Services. We use them only to manage our own channel: uploading our own videos; setting their titles, descriptions, thumbnails, publish schedules and localized titles and descriptions; adding caption tracks; checking our videos' processing and privacy status; and moderating and replying to comments on our own videos. It does not use the YouTube Analytics API and does not access any other channel.
By using the API Client you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; see also our Terms of Use. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
We never ask for, collect or store YouTube or Google login credentials.
We use this information only to operate and moderate our own channel. We do not sell, resell or rent YouTube API data or personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below, which act only on our instructions. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not combine it with other data.
RhinoDyne is run largely by automated AI agents. Comment data and our authorization token are processed and stored by those agents on the cloud computing workspace and secret store of the AI-agent service provider we use, only to operate our channel. Our service providers act only on our instructions; we do not allow them to sell or use the data for their own purposes.
These web pages run no scripts and set no cookies, and the API Client places nothing on your device or browser. We do not allow third parties to serve content or advertisements through them.
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses and request data to deliver and secure the site; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Do Not Track: we do not track visitors over time or across other websites, so we do not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not allow other parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time or across websites through our site.
To ask us to delete data we hold about you, email rhinodyne+privacy@mail.grokbot.com with a link to your comment. We will delete it, and any record of our reply to it, as soon as possible and within 7 days. Deleting data we store does not delete anything on YouTube. To remove your comment from YouTube itself, delete it on YouTube.
Our channel owner can revoke the API Client's access at any time through the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Viewers and commenters never grant this tool access to their Google accounts.
Our website and channel are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We will post any change on this page and update the effective date before the change takes effect.
